整个过程是这样的
1-finishing the wood with scrapers only (which is an integral part of the varnishing)
2-tanning of wood with UV lamps (about 300 hours)
3-application of the protein sealer
4-primer application (or not, it depends on the previous wood color you get with tanning, usually I do not need a primer)
5-application of the non-pigmented varnish (5 or 6 coats)
6-blackening of the chamfers
7-application of the colored varnish (pigmented, 10 or 12 coats)
8-touch-up of the colored varnish
9-application of the final protective varnish (non-pigmented, 10 or 12 coats)
10-sanding
11-final application with pad (with the same non-pigmented varnish, similar to what is called "french polishing")
12-polishing with some sort of polish (or not, if you are fine with the results of the previous step)
